Crutches

Crutches are fun for the first day then the novelty wears off and you realize they are just going to be annoying for the next two months. Getting food is the worst because i have to either hop with what little food i can carry or have someone else bring it over. The reason im on crutches is because i tore the cartilage inside my hip. My rehab consists of lots of stationary biking and some passive movements. The most frustrating things is not being able to practice. Track started today and i was stuck inside pedalling nowhere.
